If you are using an aircard and cannot access Verizon.net, please ensure you do not have a desktop firewall or security program blocking POP based connections to incoming.verizon.net. If you are unsure of you mail server settings, visit: What are my email and news server settings?
If you need to disable your firewall settings, visit disable your firewall.
If you are set up to use a Virtual Private Network (VPN) then you must clear your proxy settings.
In order to clear your proxy settings, select your browswer from the following list: Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7, or Firefox 2.
