I'm sure the page is on the site, but I still get a 404 − Page Not Found error. What do I do? In the address bar, start at the right side of the URL and delete everything up to the domain name. For example, if the URL in the address box is http://www2.verizon.net/help/dsl/?case=c20261, delete from the right until you see http://www2.verizon.net/, and then press Enter. That address should get the opening page of the site. From there, you should be able to follow links to the page you are seeking.
