The newest version of Verizon Internet Security Suite now offers Wi-Fi Security Service. Wi-Fi Security Service is now available to ensure your wireless connection stays secure and keeps computers outside your home network from accessing your wireless connection.

Wi-Fi Security Services offer the following:

• Disables computers connected to your wireless network that are not approved by you. It will display an alert when your wireless connection is unsecured (not encrypted)
• Continuous monitoring of your wireless connection
• Disables network discovery (this is a setting that either allows or prevents your computer to see (or find) other computers and/or devices and allows those computers to see you on a network) and sharing when using unsecured networks
• Helps you set up security on your wireless home network
