1. Purchase a VISS Plan from the Verizon Shop Web Site.
   
   
   • During the purchase process, make sure you accept the Terms of Services on the Order Activation page.
     
     
   • At the end of the purchase process, you'll be prompted to download VISS. You'll also receive the download link via a confirmation email (sent to your verizon.net email address) or you can login to Manage Broadband Essentials and Extras later (See step 2).

    
2. Download VISS from Manage Broadband Essentials and Extras (via My Verizon Services)
   
   
   • You'll be prompted to enter your Verizon Online user name and password to view your VISS order. Under Status, select Access Now to view the VISS Download Web site.
     
     Note: The VISS Download Web Site is only compatible with IE and Firefox browsers. If you use a different browser (other than IE or Firefox), you can download VISS from In-Home Agent (only after you've purchased a VISS plan). When you open In-Home Agent, you'll see a VISS badge on the home page, prompting you to download VISS. Need to download In-Home Agent?
     
     
   • You will not see the Access Now button until you've accepted the Terms of Service.
     
     
   • Need to accept the Terms of Service? Select Read Terms of Service, click Accept and click Submit. The Status column automatically refreshes and shows the Access Now button.
