Deleting Temporary Internet Files in Netscape 8.0 Netscape has made it very easy to delete all the temporary files and cookies that are created when you visit Web sites. You only need to click the eraser-shaped icon and select the type(s) of files you want to delete.

To remove temporary Internet files:
  1. Open your Netscape browser.


  2. Click the Click the history of pages visited icon.


  3. Select Clear My Tracks Now to delete all the temporary Internet files and cookies immediately or click Clear My Tracks on Exit to delete them when you close Netscape.
