PowerGreenThe modem power is on. Look at the other lights to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
OffModem power off. Turn the modem on and try to re-connect.
ReadySlow flashing greenThe modem is turned on and attempting to connect.
Fast flashing greenThe modem is turned on, is attempting to connect, and is downloading any needed information.
GreenThe connection between the modem and Verizon Online is established.
Flashing green/redA communication failure. Check the Verizon Online System Status, then troubleshoot the connection issue.
RedModem test failed.
Flashing redThe modem failed the power-up test. Turn the modem off, wait 15 seconds, and then turn it back on. Wait 45 seconds to allow the modem to re-synchronize with the server and try reconnecting to the Internet. If that doesn't fix the problem, troubleshoot the connection issue.
OffModem power off. After checking the power supply, see above.
LinkGreenThe modem and Verizon Online are connected and the data is transmitting at a normal rate.
OffNo link between modem and computer. Check the Verizon Online System Status, then troubleshoot the connection issue.
ActivityFlashing yellowThe data is transmitting.
OffThere is no data traffic. This could mean you are not actively transmitting data. However, if you are troubleshooting, check the Verizon Online System Status, then troubleshoot the connection issue.
