Verizon One device isn't getting power The power light on your Verizon One device should be illuminated after you plug your unit in to an A/C outlet.

  1. Check the connection between the power adapter and the receptor on your Verizon One device.

  3. Check the connection between the Verizon One power plug and the wall outlet or power strip.


  4. Re-check to see whether the Power LED is lit solid green.
    • If the power light is now solid green, but you can't connect to the Internet, continue with Troubleshooting Step 2
    • If the power light is still off, please contact Verizon technical support at 1-800-567-6789.
