Verizon One unable to synchronize with Verizon High Speed Internet
  1. The most common reason that the Verizon One device can't synchronize with Verizon High Speed Internet is because the installation is attempted before the Service Ready Date (SRD). The SRD is the date when Verizon Broadband activates the DSL signal on your telephone line.


    • You can find your Service Ready Date using the Order Status tool included on the What's Next site. You will need to enter your phone number and zip code to use the Order Status tool.


    • If your Service Ready Date hasn't arrived, please stop this installation.


  2. Check the connection between the DSL phone cord and the DSL/Phone jack on the back of the Verizon One.


  3. Check the connection between the other end of the DSL phone cord and the wall phone jack.


  4. Re-check the DSL/RDY light. [Show Me]
    • If it is now illuminated solid green, but you still can't access the Internet, continue with Troubleshooting Step 3.
    • If it is still not illuminated, please call Verizon technical support at 1-800-567-6789.
