Verizon One diagnostic lights You can use the Power, DSL/RDY, Ethernet and Wireless lights on the front panel of the Verizon One device to help diagnose home networking connectivity problems. Use the chart below to help diagnose any connectivity issues you are experiencing.
LED State Description
Power Solid Green Power is on.
Off Power is off.
Solid Red Power On Self Test failure or device malfunction.

Note: The Power LED should be red no longer than two seconds after the power is turned on.
DSL/RDY Solid Green Good DSL synchronization.
Flashing Green DSL attempting to synchronize.
Off Verizon One power if off.
Ethernet
(E1, E2, E3, E4)
Solid Green Powered device is connected to one or more of the Ethernet ports.

Note: When using the WAN/E1 port, Ethernet LAN connection is limited to E2, E3, and E4.
Off The communication subsystem power is off. No cable or powered device is connected to the Ethernet ports.
Wireless Solid Green Link established.
Off Verizon One power is off or there is no link to the Verizon servers.
