Westell 2110 Dual Connect modem lights

LightStatusPossible troubleshooting solution
PowerGreenThe modem power is on. Look at the other lights to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
OffModem power off. Turn the modem on and try to re-connect.
ReadySlow flashing greenThe modem is turned on and is attempting to connect.
Fast flashing greenThe modem is turned on, is attempting to connect, and is downloading any needed information.
GreenThe connection between the modem and Verizon Online is established.
Flashing green/redA communication failure.  Troubleshoot the connection issue.
RedModem test failed.
Flashing redThe modem failed the power-up test. Unplug the modem from its power source, wait 15 seconds, and then plug it back in. Wait 45 seconds to allow the modem to synchronize with the server before trying to re-connect. If that doesn't fix the problem, troubleshoot the connection issue.
OffModem power off. After checking the power supply, see above.
EthernetGreenThe modem and Verizon Online are connected, and the data is transmitting at a normal rate.
OffNo link between modem and computer. Troubleshoot the connection issue.
USBGreenThe data is transmitting.
OffThere is no data traffic. This could mean you are not actively transmitting data. Troubleshoot the connection issue.
