Error 550 Relaying Denied This error occurs when an email message is sent to a server that does not recognize the sender.

Make sure that you are entering your user name and password correctly.
Try sending the email later. Sometimes this error is intermittent.
Check your email software to make sure that your outgoing email server is set to outgoing.verizon.net. Verify that all other email settings are correct.
