Internet Explorer caused an invalid page fault in module mshtml.dll. This error can occur when you are using older third-party display drivers.

Change your color palette settings to 256 colors:

From the Windows taskbar, select Start, Settings, Control Panel.
Double-click the Display icon.
Select the Settings tab. In the Color Panel area, select 256 color.
Select OK.
If prompted, restart your computer.
