Making Payment Arrangements If you cannot pay your bill by the due date, Verizon may be able to offer you a reasonable payment arrangement plan using the My Bill Payment Options. (Visit the My Verizon Demo to find out how easy it is to manage all of your Verizon services and accounts.)

  1. Register with verizon.com or sign in at My Verizon using your user ID and password if you are already registered.

  2. Select Payment Options on the My Bill tab.

  3. Select the payment method you want use.

  4. Follow the online instructions to make your payment arrangement.
If you cannot pay your bill by the due date, Verizon may be able to offer you a reasonable payment arrangement plan.

Contact Verizon to make arrangements.
When you negotiate payment arrangements online, you must pay the full Past Due amount. If you are not able to pay the full Past Due amount in the available payment arrangement options and need to negotiate a payment for less than the full amount, please contact Verizon.
