Changing a Payment Account in My Verizon To change your payment account in My Verizon you must create a new payment account and set it as your default.

  1. Sign in to My Verizon.


  2. On the Overview tab, click Add/Modify Payment Account under My Bill.
    The My Bill tab opens.


  3. Under Select Payment, you can click Edit to modify an existing account.
    If you have not set up an account, click Add New at either Bank Account or Credit/Debit/ATM Card.


  4. Follow the provided instructions to continue.
