  Big River, Blythe, Coleville, Crescent City, Desert Center, Eagle Mountain, Earp, Felicity, Fort Dick, Gasquet, Klamath, Kneeland, Markleeville, Merced, Needles, Orick, Parker Dam, Ripley, Smith River, Topaz Trinidad, Vidal, and Winterhaven
  


• Crows-Hematite, VA
  


• Any area where Verizon does not provide local service
