Description of ONE-BILL ONE-BILL^® is a billing option for paying your Verizon Wireless and your Verizon phone services from one statement.

ONE-BILL does not change your existing billing arrangements

Your current charges will all appear on your ONE-BILL monthly statement. That includes your local and long distance phone calling services, your high speed Internet, TV, and Verizon Wireless charges.

ONE-BILL payment address

The ONE-BILL payment address is the same as the Verizon payment address. Your payment address appears on your ONE-BILL statement. Signing up for ONE-BILL You can enroll in ONE-BILL online or contact Verizon by email, phone or mail.

There is no charge to enroll in ONE-BILL but some requirements do apply. New ONE-BILL enrollment is not available in certain areas

New ONE-BILL enrollment is not available in:

• AZ, ID, IL, IN, MI, NV, NC (except Knotts Island), OH, OR, SC, WA, WV, or WI
  


• The following communities in California that border AZ, NV, and OR
  
  Big River, Blythe, Coleville, Crescent City, Desert Center, Eagle Mountain, Earp,
  Felicity, Fort Dick, Gasquet, Klamath, Kneeland, Markleeville, Merced, Needles,
  Orick, Parker Dam, Ripley, Smith River, Topaz, Trinidad, Vidal, and Winterhaven
  


• Crows-Hematite, VA
  


• Any area where Verizon does not provide local service
