Requesting a payment arrangement plan
  1. Make sure that your most recent telephone bill is handy during the call.

  2. Dial the Verizon Interactive Voice Response System phone number for your service area.

  3. Follow the prompts to navigate through the menu and access the Payment Arrangement option.
