Sign in to My Verizon to enroll in Paperless Billing.

Enrollment Confirmation

You will receive an email confirming your enrollment in Verizon Paperless Billing.

You will receive another email when your paper bill has been discontinued.

You will also receive emailed billing notifications as reminders to pay your bill at the proper times.

Important account information communicated through email may be affected by any email filtering "SPAM" software you have installed on your computer. Verizon uses your email address to:

• Confirm your registration, online order status or payment confirmation.
  


• Notify you when your bill is available for viewing online.
  


• Respond to inquiries.
  


• Keep you updated about news and information relevant to your account.

Not Getting Your Monthly Bill Reminders?

Sign in to My Verizon to verify or update your Email address under My Profile.

If you don't always have time to check your email, Verizon can send you a bill reminder Text message. Sign in to My Verizon, go to My Profile, and sign up for Text Notifications. To ensure that you receive important emails from Verizon, please do one of the following:

• Add the "verizon.com" and "vznotes.com" domains to your email "safe list."
  


• If your settings do not allow you to add email addresses to a "safe list," use the Help section or contact your email/Internet provider's Customer Support to research your configuration options.
  


• Disable your email filtering "SPAM" software.
