Requirements for Verizon Freedom or Calling Plan Optional Add-Ons The following are the requirements for enhancing your Verizon Freedom^sm plan or Calling Plan with optional add-ons:

• You must select and retain Verizon as your local provider and Verizon Long Distance for long distance service.



• The billing name and address must be the same for all your Verizon accounts; all charges will appear on the same bill.



• You must be authorized to make account changes to all accounts.



• Your account must be current at enrollment and have a good payment history.



• If you have a security deposit, credit limit, non-basic block, or toll block you are not eligible.



• This add-on is for residential customers and for residential use only.



• Available to residential customers only in selected areas.



• Not all services are available on all lines.



• All calling features are subject to availability and compatibility restrictions.
