Visual Voice Mail Use Visual Voice Mail to see when you have a new Voice Mail message. If your phone is equipped with a visual Voice Mail indicator it will flash when a new voice mail is in your mail box. Also, when you sign into your FiOS Digital Voice Account Manager you will see on the home screen if you have any new voice mail messages as well as the number of new voice mail messages.
