Search for Support

International and Domestic Call Block - FiOS Digital Voice Blocking outbound international calling:

1. Open the FiOS^® Digital Voice Account Manager.
   


2. Click Administration on the left side of the screen.
   


3. Click the International Call Block tab to open it.
   Check the telephone number for which you want to block international calls.
   


4. Click Save Settings.

Other Blocked Numbers All 00, 01, 500, 10-10-XXX, 700, 900, 976 calls are automatically blocked and cannot be placed from any FiOS Digital Voice phone line.

Collect and Third Party Collect, and Third Party calls cannot be received on the FiOS Digital Voice phone line.

Verizon reserves the right to block calls to certain countries in the event we determine that such calls may be linked to fraudulent or illegal activities or in the event a country places any other restrictions on Internet traffic. An automatic reminder message will be played on your FiOS Digital Voice phone if any calls to blocked numbers are attempted.
