Cannot Receive Incoming Calls If you cannot receive incoming calls:

• Check the ringer on the phone set (located either on the side or underneath the phone).



• If you receive a half ring on an incoming call, this may indicate that Call Forwarding is activated.
  Deactivate Call Forwarding by pressing (or 1173 on rotary or pulse-dialing phones)

If the problem persists, begin troubleshooting your phone equipment Is the problem on all your telephone sets?

• Yes - Your next step is to determine if the problem is with inside or outside wiring.
  
  
• No - You most likely have faulty phone equipment that you will have to replace.
