Order Confirmation and Order Status After you complete and submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Verizon.

Your order status is available approximately 24 hours after you submit your order.

For orders submitted online or placed by telephone, you can check the order date (when your order was submitted) and your order status (completed, pending, canceled, and so on) online.
