Removing Phone Numbers From My Verizon Note If you remove your billing telephone number (main number) in My Verizon, your online account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to view that number online. Your phone service will not be impacted. Also, if you remove a phone number that was enrolled in the Paperless billing option, that option will be cancelled and you will begin receiving a paper bill in the mail.

You can re-register at verizon.com to reactivate a removed billing telephone number.
