Messages From Verizon Messages from Verizon regarding your account, services, or bill appear in My Verizon.

  1. If you are already a registered user of verizon.com, sign in to My Verizon.
    If you have not registered, you must complete the process before you can sign in to My Verizon.

  2. Once you have signed in, open the My Bill tab and select Bill Details.
    In the lower portion of the page you will see Recent Activity. Near the top of that section, you will see Messages.

  3. Click the plus sign (+) to the left of Messages to open it. It lists the messages you have from Verizon regarding your account, services, or bill.
Note If you are an online billing customer, you should still check your bill each month to ensure you receive legal and regulatory messages from Verizon.
