Updating Your Profile in My Verizon

1. Sign in to My Verizon using your User ID and Password.
   
   
2. From My Verizon, click the My Profile tab to open it.
   
   
3. Select Update Profile.
   
   
4. You can make changes to your:
   • Email address
   • Password
   • Secret Question
   • Secret Answer
   
   
5. Click Submit to save your changes.
