Removing Users and Preventing Them Access to My Verizon   You can delete other users and prevent their access to your account information from the My Profile tab in My Verizon.

1. Sign in to My Verizon.
   
   
2. Click the My Profile tab to open it.
   
   
3. Under Numbers & Accounts click Add/Edit My Verizon Users
   
   
4. Follow the online instructions to remove a user from My Verizon.
