After you sign in to My Verizon you can:

  • Check your current balance and payment history
  • Make payment arrangements
  • Review your current Verizon accounts and products
  • View and pay your bill
  • Sign up for Paper Free Billing and Auto Bill Pay
  • View or print copies of past bills
  • Add additional products and services
  • Change your secret question and answer
  • Request repair service
Registration You must be registered at My Verizon to manage your account online. If you are not already registered, instructions are provided so you can register. After you register, you can sign in to My Verizon at any time.

Transactions You Can Perform Without Registering
