You Must Register to Use Certain Verizon Online Services Registration is required for these online services:

• Reviewing your current Verizon accounts


• Viewing or suppressing your phone bill


• Modifying the existing phone features on your accounts


• Moving your service to your new home

Registration is not required to add lines or phone features to your account, make a payment or to request repair service.

To register, you must first obtain a temporary PIN number. You have a choice on how to receive a Temporary PIN to establish a new online account:

1. If you recently established new telephone service with Verizon, your Temporary PIN will be printed on your first phone bill only.


2. If you are not a new customer or you do not have the Temporary PIN:
   
   • Verizon can deliver the Temporary PIN to the Billing Telephone Number of record via an automatic dialer. This is a popular delivery method, and you can complete the registration process shortly after you submit the request.
   
   
   • Verizon can deliver the Temporary PIN via US Mail to the Address of record. The mailing process can take anywhere from 5-10 days.
