Trouble Opening My Verizon If you cannot open your My Verizon, open a new browser window and reset your account's password.

1. Open the verizon.com Sign In or Register page, or select Sign in from any page on the Web site.
   
   
2. Select Forgot your user ID or password?
   
   
3. Enter your current User ID.
   
   
4. Answer your secret question and enter your billing telephone number (if you registered one) for account verification.
   
   
5. Enter a new password and confirm your entry.
   
   

Sign in with your User ID and new password. Your old password will no longer be valid.
