Use My Account Tools to view and modify basic settings for your My Verizon Account. Within My Account Tools, you can view and modify the following settings:
Primary Account Settings:
- View your Verizon Online User name
- Edit your password or secret question
- View your Verizon Online plan details or view information for upgrading your service.
Email Settings
- View your Verizon Online email address
- Create an email alias
- Vacation Reply: turn on or off
- Forward email to another address
- Modify Spam Detector settings
- Determine if you want to receive Verizon marketing email
- Set up an alternate email that receives Verizon marketing email
- Review your email storage
Wi-Fi
Review details about your Wi-fi service (if you qualify)
Personal Web Space
- Review your Web Space usage
- Add more space, if necessary
Broadband Essentials & Extras
Add on some of Verizon Online's Broadband services, like Verizon Internet Security Suite or PC Protection.
Sub-Accounts
- Review your sub-account information.
- Add a sub-account
- Modify each sub-account's password or secret question
