    • How do I create additional email accounts for friends and family? A sub-account is a secondary email account associated with your main Email & More account.

    • Create up to 4 sub-accounts. First, set up your sub-accounts in My Account. Next, set up your sub-accounts in Outlook Express
    • Each sub-account has its own user name and password.
    • Specify which sub-accounts have Email & More, and newsgroup access.


    *The sub-accounts you create from My Account (Set Up Sub-Account Tool) are only accessible from Email & More. If you want to access your sub-accounts from Outlook Express, you'll need to create them first in My Account and then directly from Outlook Express: View steps.     See Also: I have a sub-account.
