In the new My Verizon, you are able to access all your Verizon services (Internet, Home Phone, TV, etc.) with a single user ID. For customers with Verizon Internet service, along with your Primary user ID (@verizon.net Email address created when you registered your Internet service), we allow you to create up to 9 sub-accounts (depending on your account services) that have their own @verizon.net email address.

 

By default, only the Primary user ID has the ability to view and pay your Verizon bill.

 

We know that some customers might want to allow an additional person to have the ability to pay your Verizon bill, but do not necessarily want to allow that person access the Primary user ID (e.g., since the email would then also be visible).

 

For these customers, we allow you to assign the ability to pay the bill to a single Sub-account user ID.

 

To perform this action:
 a) Sign in with the Primary user ID
 b) Select “Manage sub-accounts” under your Account Actions
 c) Determine if you want to assign this ability to an existing sub-account user ID or if you want to create a new one.

 

Note that you can only assign this ability to a single sub-account user ID. If you delete the sub-account user ID that has this ability assigned to it, or unassign those rights, you can then assign the rights to another sub-account user ID.
