    • D-Link wired hardware troubleshooting checklist

    If you are unable to connect to the Internet, use the checklist below to check your hardware connections.

    Figure depicting checkboxMake sure your D-Link router is plugged in and the Power light is lit.

    Figure depicting checkboxConfirm that the Ethernet cable between the router and your computer is connected and the LAN light is illuminated for the port where the Ethernet cable is plugged in.
