Reset your router and Set-Top Box to fix common problems such as a missing Interactive Media Guide (IMG) or On Demand menu, an unresponsive Set-Top Box, or DVR recording issues:
Unplug the router power cord for 15 seconds and then plug it back into the outlet.
Wait another 30 seconds and then check to see if this resolves the issue. If not, continue with steps 3-6.
Unplug the Set-Top Box power cord for 15 seconds and then plug it back into the outlet.
Wait for the time to display on the front of the Set-Top Box and then turn it on.
Wait until the Interactive Media Guide (IMG) updates. This may take several minutes.
Check to see if this resolves the issue. If the issue is not resolved try option 2.
Still having a problem with your Set-Top Box or DVR?
Check to see whether the batteries in your remote control have become dislodged or are drained:
Open the battery cover and make sure the batteries are properly seated.
Press a few device button like AUX, DVD, STB, TV. If the top of your remote flashes briefly, the batteries are working. If the top of the remote does not flash, your batteries need to be replaced.
