    • How do I enable cookies in my browser? If you are using an Internet Explorer browser, follow these steps:
    1. In your browser menu, select Tools and then Internet Options.
    2. Click the Privacy tab.
    3. Click the Default button (if it is already selected, it will appear as dimmed).

    If you are using a Firefox browser, follow these steps:
    1. In your browser menu, select Tools and then Options.
