As the primary account holder, you can create up to nine sub-accounts for family and friends, and maintain full control over email access for your sub-accounts. You can provide each sub-account access to your own Personal Web Space and Web Storage, places where you can share files, documents, photo albums, and more. You can also assign additional access granting the sub-account holder administrative access to view the bill, or bill pay rights to pay the bill online.
Before you begin, remember:
-
You'll create a separate user profile for each sub-account. Each profile includes a separate Verizon Online User name, password, and secret question. The Verizon Online User name you specify will serve as the first part of the sub-account's Verizon Online email address. Only the primary account holder has the ability to modify the sub-account's profile information.
- If you share a computer with different sub-account holders, make sure each sub-account holder exits their account and closes the active browser window. These actions keep their account private and not accessible to other sub-account holders that may use the same computer to log in and access their own Verizon Online sub-account.
Use the Create Sub-accounts Tool
Note: Only primary account users can make changes to sub-accounts.
