    • Adding and Deleting Email Filters (Message Center)

    Before you begin, login to Verizon Online Email via Message Center with your user name and password. Forgot your username and password?

     

    To add a new Email filter:

    1. From the top navigation, click Settings.

    2. From the left navigation, click Email Settings and then Filters.

    3. Select Add New Filter. Set the filter parameters by using the drop-down menu and enter the keywords you would like to associate with the filter in the field provided. For example, to automatically delete emails from "jane doe,"select From, Contains, enter "jane doe" and select the Delete email message radio button.
       
    4. Click Save to apply changes.

     

    To delete an Email Filter:

    1. From the top navigation, click Settings.

    2. From the left navigation, click Email Settings and then Filters. Any existing filters will appear under Active Filters.


    3. Click the trashcan icon next to the filter. A confirmation message will be displayed.

    4. Click OK.
