    • Save Email Attachments (Message Center)

    You can view and save email attachments from the Folder View or after you have opened an email.

     

    Before you begin, login to Verizon Online Email via Message Center with your user name and password. Forgot your username and password?

     

    From your Inbox or any email folder:

    1. From the left navigation, select Email to view your email Inbox.

    2. Open the email message that includes the email attachment.

    3. Click the attachment icon (paper clip). The name and size of the attachment opens.

    4. Click View or Save to open the attachment or save it to your computer.

    With the email open:


    1. Click the attachment icon to view thumbnails of the attachments.

    2. Click View or Save to open the attachment or save it to your computer.
