1. Order VISS by visiting the VISS Verizon Shop Web Site and click Order Now.
    
2. Enter your My Verizon User name and password.
    
3. Confirm your VISS plan, choose your payment method, and click Submit Order.
    
4. On the Order Confirmation page, review your order and click Activate Now at the bottom of the page.
    
5. On the Order Activation page, select Read Terms of Service. Important: You will not be able to download VISS until you read and accept the VISS Terms of Service.
    
6. Read the VISS Terms of Service, select Accept and click Submit. Under the Status column, it now says Accepted. Click Continue.
    
7. From the Purchases tab, click Access Now to open the VISS Download Web site. Follow the prompts to download VISS.
   
   Note: The VISS Download Web Site is only compatible with IE and Firefox browsers. If you use a different browser (other than IE or Firefox), you can download VISS from In-Home Agent. When you open In-Home Agent, you'll see a VISS badge on the home page, prompting you to download VISS. Need to download In-Home Agent?
