Entering your security settings
  1. Enter your network's security key or passphrase when prompted. You may want to select Display characters to make it easier to enter your network security key or passphrase.

    • If you previously saved your network security settings to a flash drive, you can insert the flash drive into an available USB port. Your network security settings will be automatically downloaded, so you don't have to enter them in this screen.

    • If you're unsure of the encryption key you entered when creating your wireless network, click WPA below if your network uses WPA2 or WPA encryption. Click WEP if your network uses WEP encryption.

    • Select Start this Connection Automatically if you want to connect to this network automatically each time it's in range of this computer. [Show Me]

  3. Click Close to complete setup.
