If you can't connect to the Internet, change your Verizon Online Password.
If you have another means of accessing Member Center, change your Verizon Online password and try re-connecting to the Internet.
- Enter the new password in the dialer software if you use a dial-up connect to change your password.
- Update the router configuration with the new password if you use a router or the Westell Model 2200 modem with built-in PPPoE functionality to change your password.
