Recorded Message - Disconnected Service
If you hear a recorded message that your long distance service has been discontinued, it may be that your last payment has not been received by Verizon.
Verify or Pay Online You can verify that your most recent payment has been posted to your account or make a payment online at My Verizon. Pay in Person If you want to pay your bill in person, you can check online for the address of a payment location near you.
