Repairing Broken Phone Equipment Faulty phone equipment If you find the trouble to be one of your phone sets and you subscribe to one of Verizon's maintenance plans, Verizon will provide assistance at no additional charge.

Telephone Protection Plan, Guardian, Full Service, Inside Wire Maintenance, or TeleSure Plus subscribers should call the contact number that came with their subscription, or you can use the Verizon Troubleshooter to diagnose your phone's problem. If the Troubleshooter detects an issue that it cannot solve, you will be given the opportunity to request a repair.

If you do not subscribe to one of these maintenance plans, then you will have to have the set repaired or replaced at your own cost. Verizon does not maintain telephone equipment.
