How to Register to Use My Verizon How to Register to Use My Verizon You can manage your Verizon accounts online at My Verizon after you register your account at the My Verizon Registration page.

To register, you will need:

• Your billing telephone number
  
  and one of the following:
  
  
• Your account number, or
  The last amount you paid toward your bill, or
  The last bill amount.

You will be asked to provide your profile information where you will enter your:

• Primary UserID


• Provide and confirm a password


• Create a greeting name


• Enter your gender and birth date


• Select a secret question and answer


• Provide an email address


• Select your preferred language (English or Spanish)


• Agree to terms and conditions

You will also have the option of enrolling in Paper Free Billing.

After you register, you will receive two emails from Verizon. One email will welcome you to verizon.com and tell you the benefits of registration. The second email list the steps you can take to validate your email address.

After you complete the registration process, you can sign in to My Verizon where you can:

• Check your current balance and payment history


• Make payment arrangements


• Review your current Verizon accounts


• View and pay your bill


• Add additional products and services


• Request repair service

Forgotten password or Primary UserID

You will need your secret question and answer and your billing telephone number to retrieve either your password or Primary UserID. If you forget both your password and Primary UserID, you will need your email address also.
