How does FIOS TV Online work?
As a FIOS TV subscriber, upon signing into  FiOS TV Online with your user name and password you will have the ability to watch original programming, TV shows and the latest movies on your computer (at home or away) online using any broadband connection based on your existing viewing package. Mobile applications are also offered by some networks that can be installed on a Smart-phone or Tablet for viewing.

How can I obtain my Verizon Online user name and/or password?

Why is my audio playback garbled?
Check to ensure that the volume level on the video player
is properly set and that the movie has not been muted.
Confirm that your computer speakers are turned on and
that the volume is set to the appropriate level.

To confirm that your computer volume is not muted:
Windows: double-click the volume Icon in the
System Tray (no settings are muted)
Macintosh: volume controls are located in the top right corner of the menu bar.
Confirm that you are able to listen to audio files locally on your computer.
Restart your browser and try to watch another video.
If these steps are unsuccessful in resolving the issue, you may need to reinstall Flash.

What are the software/hardware requirements for a PC?
