| What is FiOS TV? While traditional cable TV networks use mostly coaxial cable to deliver service to your home, FiOS TV is 100% fiber-optic all the way to your home. Inside your home, we use your existing coaxial cable wiring for FiOS TV, making installation easy.
How does FiOS TV Online work? As a FIOS TV subscriber, you can watch your favorite original programming, TV shows, and the latest movies online, thanks to a growing list of participating networks. Just sign into FiOS TV Online Some networks also offer mobile applications that can be installed on a smart-phone or tablet enabling you to watch your favorite shows on those devices. When a video begins to stutter, it's usually the result of your computer not having enough power or free resources to play the video. Additionally, it could also be that your Internet connection is too slow.
Why is my audio playback garbled? The majority of audio issues can be resolved by trying these steps: 1 Check to be sure that the volume level on the video player is properly set and that the movie has not been muted. 2 Make sure that your computer speakers are turned on and that the volume is set to the appropriate level. 3 Confirm that your computer volume is not muted. To check this do the following: a. On Windows: double-click the volume Icon in the System Tray making sure none of your settings are muted. b. On Macintosh: the volume controls are located in the top right corner of the menu bar. 4 Verify that you are able to listen to audio files locally on your computer. 5 Restart your browser and try to watch another video. If the steps above fail to resolve your issue, you may need to reinstall Flash.
