If you order a VOD or PPV from your Set-Top Box (STB) and then want to watch the program from another STB in your home, you can order it again if necessary on the TV where you want to watch it. You will not be double charged for the program providing it is the exact program in the same video format.
Important:
The HD version and SD version of a VOD or PPV program are considered two different programming offers. If you order the HD and SD version of a VOD or PPV you will be charged twice.
I incorrectly ordered a VOD or PPV program in the wrong video format
If you have mistakenly ordered the HD version of a VOD or PPV program when you meant to purchase the SD version (or vice versa), you can correct your order by following the appropriate instructions below.
