FiOS TV Billing Questions
  • How will my Verizon FiOS TV Service be billed?
If you have home telephone service with Verizon, your FiOS TV charges will appear on your monthly Verizon bill. If you do not have Verizon for local voice service, then you may be billed monthly by credit card.

  • Where on my Verizon bill will I see the charges for Verizon FiOS TV?
Charges for your home telephone services will appear in the same place as they appear today. Your Verizon FiOS TV charges will appear in a new section of your bill designated specifically for FiOS TV.

  • What are the partial charges on my bill?
Verizon FiOS TV is billed one month in advance, so your first statement will include prorated charges for the current month, as well as charges for the following month. Monthly charges are prorated according to the number of days you are billed for during your 30-day billing cycle. When you make changes to your account following your service installation (by adding or deleting services or packages, for example) prorated charges will apply as well. Some services, such as premium channels like HBO, require a minimum 30-day billing period.

  • Is a deposit required to subscribe to Verizon FiOS TV?
    A deposit may be required.

  • What is your bill payment address?
The easiest way to find out where to send your bill payment is to look on your Verizon bill. Otherwise, you can determine where to send your bill payment through our Contact Us page.

Just select your state from the dropdown list in the "Send Us a Letter" section. Then click the "Go" button.

The page that appears will either display the bill payment address for your region or provide another link that displays your regional payment address.

  • How do I change my billing information?
You can change your billing information from the Verizon web site.

  • How can I contact you with questions about my bill or service?
There are several contact options on the Contact Us page. In addition, you may want to open the Billing Center to see if the answer to your question is available there.

Want to view or pay your bill online?
