Message Rate "B" Service is available to customers in the District of Columbia who have received a notice of Verizon's intent to disconnect service, have been denied service for not paying their bill, or have an outstanding final bill.

• 75 local calls per month.
• Message Rate "B" is not available with Economy II Service.
• Customers who receive notification that their telephone service will be disconnected are eligible.

• Optional services including, Answer Call, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, Caller ID, Three-Way Calling, etc.;
• Calls to 700, 900 and 976 telephone numbers;
• Connection to a long distance company. (You must make arrangements with a long distance carrier, other than Verizon. Your long distance calls will not be billed on your Verizon telephone bill.)
